You can try using MadCommands to remove coulple blocks, such as reset chests, but if you want to reset the whole map/area, while admins being offline, you cannot do it without lag. If admin is online you would just do //copy and //paste the map.

Override it /cmd create f /cmd add f message %p% World /cmd add f exit
