Can yall add a new plugin that allows you to add any mods to the server and when someone joins they have to install it or else they cant join? or have players need to install a texture pack when they join?

Everyday im gonna take pictures of myself and then combine them from start to finish in a fast timeline

come on tapjoy gimme some more decent download and play games i have a 3 day old server to take care of and raise

Oh and my server is not that huge the spawn kinda looks crude and the school aint even finished xD i havent even begun making ranks for the server yet because of how new i am to this leet.cc thing but ill get there
