- I went through (almost) every plugin and updated the format and colors of messages for various commands and outputs to be a bit more consistent
- Replaced "World Edit" with an improved updated version
- Added the ability to break "Sign Portal" signs
- Fixed a few issues with "Block Sniper"
- Updated "/plot generate" command to not use any arguments and to generate missing files if the world already exists
