Cannot connect to server

I havent been able to connect to my server for close to a year. It gets stuck at generating world. Ive tried turning off and on several times. Reset player data several times. Nothing works.

How long does it usually take for someone to read these.

I advise going on our discord server https://discord.gg/tMQTk3v, and create a ticket within #support. That way the support team will be able to help.

Im not going on discord to get support for LEETs service. I was sent a link to a support site but it does not open. What other alternatives do I have.

The only alternative is waiting on a barely active forum for help, or creating a support ticket on the active discord server.
In the meantime, I'll let a support team member know of this thread.
