Confused about PVP arena plugin

Plz help me. I don't understand how to use the plugin. When I set the arena I don't understand anything about levels and why when I try to enable arena it tells me that there is missing information. Plz help

When it asks you to set the level it is actually asking you to set the world that you want the arena in.
