Custom Join Message:
/cmd create joinevent
/cmd add message onlineplayers() <Message>
/cmd trigger login joinevent
/cmd unregister joinevent

Custom Leave Message:
/cmd create leaveevent
/cmd add leaveevent message onlineplayers() <Message>
