Enchanted items with Admin Shop?

Is there a way to sell enchanted items in Admin Shop? If there is pls tell me

It works with User Actions but it gives free enchants for some reason,

I'm getting MadCommands after I get RCON.

There is no way to do it with AdminShop... You will need madcommands to make a enchant shop gui.
