Hey Leet community,
I remember playing with some friend back in 2016 in a leet server. I want to reopen this server. Is leet generally stable, updated with new versions of minecraft, and has good support? Does it lag at all? What about the plugins?
Please answer Geo :)

Hey Leet community,

Two points on that. We can't help someone recover another person's server. The owner of the original server would need to do that.
Also
Pre 2017 is LEET V1. Post 2017 is LEET V2
LEET V2 released in 2017 and if you did not manage to migrate over to LEET V2 during the time frame given then, it is with regret that I must say that all data from LEET V1 have been permanently wiped.
We gave a long enough period for users to migrate over to LEET V2 and if did not upgrade from V1 to V2, then I am afraid there is nothing we can do at this point.

Is LEET generally stable, updated with new versions of minecraft, and has good support? Does it lag at all? What about the plugins?
I recon LEET is reasonably stable. The only versions we know are not fully stable is the BETA versions on the "Server Versions" list.
Our lead developer tends to push an update faster than the server software we use. (Which tends to be "BETA" until it's fully tested).
The support team is on our discord server. Just create a ticket, and the ticket will be seen to. Otherwise, the community in discord are happy to help!
The lag depends on how many plugins you have running too many events, or MadCommands running very frequent loops. Network lag depends on where you are. I believe the servers are based in Germany. My friend who lives in the US says he gets around 110ms ping, so that's decent.
As for plugins, Our developers update plugins all the time. With each Minecraft update, it could potentially mess with the functionality of some plugins. If it does, we do appreciate users letting us know. :)

I hope I answered your questions,

Stay away. I havent been able to join my server for almost a year. The support isnt that great either. If you dont use discord your screwed. Half of the time you must disable plugins you paid for in order for your server to work. Lots of downtime.

The support team are active pretty much all the time on discord. Just because you refuse to use it, doesn't mean it's not good. I have suggested looking into other methods though. Hopefully we can get that up and running.
We do have buggy plugins, but with the up-and-coming PocketMine API 4 update, that should be a thing of the past.
Downtime? I think you've made that up.
But everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

false, support is super slow and can up to a week for a reply compared to other host's.

I'd recommend it if you're new to this 'server hosting' stuff. But since you seem like an experienced owner I'd recommend to get a much better host which is plenty out there & that provide quality hardware and fast support.

1. You do not get access to your server files and adding more plugin costs money which can be downloaded for free from poggit except exclusive plugins like LEET protector and MadCommands. (You can buy Madcommands for $1 outside of LEET).

2. You won't be able to edit config according to your needs.

3. You won't be able to do a manual backup if you wish. (backups are taken at the most random times)

4. There is DDoS protection but it is not enough against a full scale attack.

5. There is no direct console access other then Rcon.

6. Plugins are very expensive (average $3 per plugin)
