Bug [STAFF HELP ME] World edit and Kill rate aren't working.

In the beta versions of 1.4.0 my leet server used to work really well, but after the beta the server started working pretty bad. World edit and Kill rate plugins are active but the leet servers seems to not detect them. Can you please solve my problem?
