To set permissions to specific ranks, just use
/setgperm {rank name} {permission} , for a list of permissions use /fperms {plugin name}. and use /plugins for a list of plugins names.For User Actions Plugin, Just run
/action and then Tap the Block you want, and then run the command you want the block to cause the clicker. So when anyone taps on it, it will run the command you wrote. If you still haven't understood, there's examples in the Plugin Description. Or Just ask me to explain more. If you have any more questions, please let me know. Have a nice day!
