Not really... i can easily manage doing it by myself... unless the forum suddenly becomes overwhelmingly active (which isn’t the case as of now)

Im fine with its current state, but I wouldn’t mind some more activity... not to the point where it gets spammy tho

I'm pretty sure the Support Team only deal with the HelpDesk more than the forum.

Nope, the support team does their work in the help desk, not the forum. (Hence why we always encourage people to go to the help desk when they want to get proper support)

I'm still confused on why they can't help on the forum as well?

Because in the forum, anyone can respond to the people asking for help, not just the staff members... this lead to a huge problem by which people were given false information when it comes to support. However, in the help desk, it’s just the staff members providing support, making it way more reliable and more professional.

I never paid much attention to them anyway... you just seem to know who's staff and who isn't.

Yeah, I think they should say what the "Department Head" is, for example, Developer etc.
