But also guys, Please refrain from answers that are near to pointless.

Now, back to the original request.
As I do not know much about MadCommands, I can't be much of service for the code side. But here is an idea of how to run the shop.
Have a command like /villagershop.
Make a menu on that shop.
Assign command to a slapper.
Easier said than done.
