I would suggest using the original LEET RCON panel
leet.cc/panel/rcon/

But if you are spesifically looking for an app based RCON, I would suggest MConsole. It comes in handy. Note that you can not copy and paste tons of lines of Mad Commands in the MConsole as it's not designed for that much information forwarding.

OK, the leet panel icon didn't work, it said 404 not found. I'll try MConsole
