Disclaimer: I am saying from my point of view. It does not relate to LEET's decisions in any way.
For the time being, I would say there is a tiny chance that LEET will add a plugin, considering these factors:
- There is already a way to create such minigames using MadCommands. Therefore, there is little chance that LEET will spend more effort into something that can already be done.
- LEET has many projects ahead of itself, not just the plugin. If LEET is to add a new plugin, it will either have to be self-made, or get agreement from the plugin's owner if it was borrowed. The latter is rather unlikely as most plugin's owner has terms and rules that do not allow the company to either use the plugin for profits, or conditions that do not suit LEET. Moreover, self-made plugins, especially ones like Hunger Games, need to go through various phrases before it can be officially put into availability, which makes it very time-costly.
- The first reason substantially supports the second one. As there is a way to make minigames like Hunger Games already, only few or nearly no improvements may be made to it, unless it becomes unavailable.
